Muruganar composed thousands of poems that either praised Ramana, recorded his teachings or expressed gratitude to Ramana for having established in the Self. He was instrumental in getting Ramana to compose two of Ramana’s major philosophical poems.

The „Shining of my Lord“ is an anthology of over 1000 verses  from Muruganar, a brillant Tamil poet and one of the  foremost deciple of Ramana Maharshi. It covers topics like Conciousness, Self-realisation, Guru, Love, Devotion and spiritual practice.
